I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable queen room, which was well-equipped and very accessible for seniors like me. The entire hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made my stay quite enjoyable.
More accessible seating in the common areas needed.

The room met my needs well. It was clean and the bed offered good comfort. I appreciated having a coffee machine in the room.
The free breakfast did not meet expectations. The food was old and dry, and tables weren’t wiped down properly between guests. This needs improvement.

missingWrote a review on Dec 24spacious layoutconvenient fridgeunclean lobby
The King Room with Spa Bath featured a spacious layout that felt inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The mini-fridge in the room offered convenience for keeping drinks cool, which is always a plus for late-night snacks.
Upon entering the hotel, the lobby lacked cleanliness and had an unpleasant smell, potentially from water damage. In my room, I noticed considerable mold growth, which raised health concerns. The refrigerator was not functioning properly, leaking water everywhere, and instead of receiving compensation, I was offered a downgrade for a new room, which struck me as unfair. Additionally, the indoor pool was closed throughout my stay, further diminishing the experience.

Decent stay for the price
I checked in for 2 nights and overall, it was a solid experience. The room was comfy with a nice bed. Staff were super friendly, though they messed up on my request for adjoining rooms, which was a bummer. They did offer a discount, so that helped a bit. Breakfast was simple but good.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The Queen Room met our family's needs with spacious beds and a convenient work area. Make sure to ask about nearby dining options—some local favorites deliver right to your room! Just be aware of potential maintenance issues during busy weekends.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and comfy. The beds were really nice for a good night's sleep. I loved the shower, it got nice and hot. Also, the location is perfect if you're heading to Hershey Park—it’s close without the crazy prices. Plus, there's a pool to chill in. Feels like a decent deal for the price!

The staff were accommodating and promptly processed our refund, even though we missed the cancellation window. The common areas appeared well-maintained and inviting, enhancing our overall experience.
The room lacked the cleanliness I expected for a hotel of this standard.

Our stay was quite pleasant as we explored the nearby attractions, especially the antique automobile museum which was just a short drive away. The queen room we stayed in was super clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. We also enjoyed the heated indoor pool which provided a nice way to unwind. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, which was great for our family trip.

Checked in for two nights, enjoying the access to local dining, especially the Manada Diner with its delicious food. However, breakfast fell short with cold items, and I struggled to communicate an issue due to the language barrier with the staff. The room was clean, yet the toilet seat needed attention. Overall, it provided a decent stay but with room for improvement.
